Supervisor - Day Rehabilitation Services (P/LMHP)
This position is responsible for supervising the day to day operations and service delivery of the Day Rehabilitation Program.
Residential Rehabilitation is a 24/7 program providing rehabilitation services to individuals with mental illness within a group living setting
The Peer Support Specialist works under the direction and supervision of the Peer Support Supervisor and program-specific Division Manager and as part of a collaborative team, contributing his/her lived experience, perspective, knowledge, and skills to the rehabilitative and recovery process.
Under the direction and supervision of the site supervisor, an individual employed in this position serves as a member of our collaborative Day Rehabilitation team.
Contributes to the mission of the organization by serving as a member of an inter-disciplinary team comprised of psychiatric, nursing, clinical, rehabilitative, vocational and peer support professionals who provide highly integrated and holistic services designed to promote personal recovery, skill development, individual responsibility, and community stability for persons with serious mental illness and co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
The Assertive Community Treatment Program is a mobile, interdisciplinary, high intensity clinical team which consists of nurses, licensed therapists, psychiatrists, substance abuse specialists, vocational and rehabilitation specialists and peer support working in an integrated manner rather than as individual practitioners. The team works collaboratively, and in a coordinated manner to deliver the majority of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services needed by the consumer.
