Community Alliance’s employment services are designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment by offering personalized support tailored to your strengths, skills, and aspirations. Whether you’re seeking your first job, returning to the workforce after a break, or exploring new career paths, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

We provide resources, training, and encouragement to help you build confidence, develop new skills, and thrive in your vocational journey. Our team welcomes anyone who wants to work, whether or not you are involved in other Community Alliance services.

We work with employers across the metro area and beyond and will work with you to create a plan to find, secure and sustain a job you feel confident in and proud of, including:

  • Discovering your interests and skills
  • Finding job opportunities
  • Connecting with employers
  • Developing your resume and completing applications
  • Preparing for interviews

And employment support doesn’t have to stop once you get a job. Our trained employment specialists will continue to work with you to help you understand how to balance your mental health needs with job stressors, meet supervisor expectations, improve interactions with co-workers and more.  We are available to meet with you on or off the job site based on your preferences and needs.
