Community Support

Could you or someone you know with a mental illness use some assistance to keep up your apartment or home? Or maybe to lend some support with your treatment program and taking your medicines on a routine basis? Perhaps having an advocate to help negotiate the social services network or financial aid programs, or developing a relapse prevention plan would be of assistance. Our Community Support services can offer all of this and much more depending upon your own personal needs, strengths, and goals.
Community Support services are offered on a highly individualized basis in the community, which means in your home, your neighborhood, or wherever it is most needed and comfortable for you. Trained staff will meet with you on a regular basis, provide hands-on training in skills areas mutually identified, and also can help to coordinate services with your physician, therapist, social service workers and others with who you are involved.

Whether a short-term need or part of your long-term recovery plan, Community Support services can lend a guiding and supportive hand along the road to recovery.
